For those Souls players who love a bit of PvP, it sounds like Elden Ring has got you covered.
PvP makes a triumphant return in Elden Ring, and according to the leak, this will now feature some form of ranking system. That means you'll be able to ascend the leaderboards and become the ultimate slayer of whatever the character is in Elden Ring. Exciting stuff!
As the game will feature a hybrid of the field hub world and the kingdoms, the PvP combat aspects will be limited to inside kingdoms, allowing you to freely explore the field to your heart's content without fear of being stabbed in the back by another player.
Only downside to this would be there'd be no way to do mounted PvP combat as mounts are allegedly locked in the Field.
Perhaps some form of hidden arena may be hidden away in the depths of Elden Ring?
