4. Sports Story
Maybe not as well known as some of the other games on this list, Sports Story is the anticipated sequel to Golf Story, a RPG sports game revolving around Golf exclusive to the Nintendo Switch. It's a very quirky and unique game and one that fits very well in the Nintendo library. The sequel will feature more sports than just golf, but still keep the same basic mechanics in regards to the RPG adventure gameplay.
This game has only been hit by one delay so far. Developers Sidebar Games were honest with fans and simply credited the delay to the fact that the game had grown more ambitious than they originally thought it would be, and they had decided they needed more time to develop the game.
While there hasn't been a release date officially announced, many expect the game to release at some point during 2021.
