Every Batman Video Game Ranked From Worst To Best
25. Batman & Robin
Look, dunking on Batman & Robin nearly 25 years since it released is possibly the most boring thing anyone could possibly do these days.
Is it a stinker of a film? In many ways yes, absolutely, but it also has some fun elements to it - Uma Thurman's Poison Ivy is diabolically great, and who doesn't love to see Arnold Schwarzenegger attaining a higher plane of existence by somehow making every line of dialogue a pun-based one-liner?
More important, though, is that the collective urge to (unfairly) savage Batman & Robin among fans has meant that the film's terrible video game tie-in has coasted somewhat beneath the radar.
The game, developed and published by the infamous Acclaim Entertainment and released for the PlayStation, gave players the opportunity to explore an open-world Gotham as Batman and also made use of the Batmobile.
The issue, however, was that it was a complete chore to play. Visually unappealing for the time and laden with awkward controls, Batman & Robin is far less entertaining than the film it tied into.
