1. Halo: Infinite

Without a question, one of the most anticipated Xbox titles currently in the works is the 6th main Halo instalment.

After the mixed reception of Halo 5 and the buggy release of Master Chief Collection, the iconic Microsoft FPS franchise has sat on the ropes for the majority of this console generation due to what many critiques assumed was series fatigue.

Then at last years E3, an announcement trailer showcased that Master Chief was back. The promos also echoed a throwback vibe to the series beginnings, plus a hint of an open world element?

Whatever way the franchise goes, it is obvious a new Halo is long overdue, and only recently have we found out the reason it has been stalling for four years - it was actually being developed for Microsoft's next-gen console this whole time.

Whilst it hasn't been confirmed, it is very likely Infinite will be releasing along with the Xbox Series X itself, marking the first time a new Halo game has launched with an Xbox since the original machine back in 2001.
