For those that dont know, Three Dog was an NPC in the third Fallout game, who was a DJ that founded and continued to operate Galaxy News Radio. He could be heard throughout the wasteland by the player character playing music typical to the Fallout setting and commenting on the players actions (with different remarks on the potential positive or negative actions). So far the only major casting rumour has come from the mouth (figuratively speaking) of Erik Todd Dellums - who played Three Dog in Fallout 3 - tweeting, To all my #Fallout3 and #ThreeDog fans: There may be more of the Dog coming! Fingers crossed! Of course this might be just in a radio broadcast as Three Dog continues to work out of Washington D.C., or it might also be that he has physically relocated to the new location. There is no information about how he will appear once more, but it seems that the character will be returning and of course this probably means that there could be some new and more local radio broadcasts.
