Want to traverse a particularly irradiated landscape? Grab your power armour, it has some of the highest Rad-resistance in the game. Need to go on a junk-run to stock up on those valuable consumables? You're gonna need every bit of extra help you can get to bring it all home, and the armour's increased inventory will let you bring back the goods long before spending points on perks for the same thing.
