10. Kyle Walker, Tottenham Hotspur (78)
78 is a scant rating for the Professional Footballers' Association Young Player of the Year 2012. At just 22, the Tottenham defender was named in the Team of the Tournament of the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championships, an incredible achievement, especially when you consider that England were
eliminated in the first round. He is no stranger to goals, either, in spite of his position, famously scoring from 25 yards out against Arsenal in the North London derby on 2nd October 2011, which Spurs won 2-1.
