4. Theo Walcott (81)
Despite enjoying a much-improved season last term, finishing as the Gunners top goalscorer for the season with 21 goals from 43 appearances, along with 14 assists, Theo Walcott has been rated 81. The 24-year-old enjoyed a vastly-improved campaign in 2012-13, and what makes his rating smart all the more is the fact Manchester Citys David Silva, who was comparatively poor last season, is still considered the 12th best player in the game with a rating of 88. Yet EA have somehow put their heads together and decided Walcott should stay on the rating of 81 he was afforded last season despite having become a more complete player in the 12 months that have followed.
