3. Stephan El Shaarawy (81)

"The Pharaoh", as he is known to his legions of fans, didn't receive the kingly rating his nickname, and recent performances, warranted in FIFA 14. Stephan El Shaarawy has come into prominence at AC Milan recently, after signing from Genoa in 2011. His eye-catching performances at Milan in his debut season saw him scoop the Serie A Young Footballer of the Year Award in 2012 before bringing goals to his game in the following campaign. In 2012-13, the Italy-born international netted 16 Serie A goals in 37 appearances to fire his side into a third-placed finish in the league. His goal-scoring exploits belie his youth - he is only 20 - and his rating this year should surely be higher taking into account even better times lie ahead for the starlet.
