2. Christian Benteke
To be fair on EA, Benteke wasn't underrated in FIFA 13. Very little was known of the striker following his switch from Belgian outfit Genk this time last summer, but boy has he proven himself since. After being farmed out on loan for successive seasons to Kortrijk and then Mechelen between 2009-11, the 22-year-old completed a dream move to the Premier League, where he enjoyed a brilliant debut with Aston Villa. The youngster's 19 goals in the topflight made him the Premier League's fourth-highest goalscorer behind only Gareth Bale, Luis Suarez and Golden Boot winner Robin van Persie last season. And this sparkling form led to summer rumours that he was about to join Tottenham Hotspur, though he ended up staying at Villa Park despite handing in a transfer request. It remains to be seen if Benteke will enjoy another successful season in England or if his exploits last term were a mere flash in the pan - though we tend to err on the former on this matter. Expect big things from Benteke, and a much higher rating than 77 in FIFA 14.
