The signing of Cesc Fabregas by Chelsea may well be the best bit of business done by any Premier League side all summer. The hugely talented midfielders cost less than the likes of Sánchez, Diego Costa, Luke Shaw and Ander Herrera yet most impartial football fans would say Cesc is the best footballer. Indeed of the transfers coming in from foreign leagues Fabregas is currently the most highly rated on FIFA 14 and you have to expect his performances from last season to result in a ratings upgrade. Both in real life and on FIFA, the 27-year-old has always found himself unfairly eclipsed in midfield by the reputations of Xavi and Iniesta, despite performing just as well as his ex-teammates over the past few seasons at the Camp Nou. Last season Cesc showed himself to be one of the craftiest, most skilled playmakers in a league crammed with the best passers in the sport. Many believe that the 86 rating of the Spaniard in FIFA 14 was unduly harsh and that Cesc should receive an upgrade in FIFA 15, making him the most highly rated player coming into the Premier League.
