FIFA 15: 10 Players Who Definitely Deserve A Lower Rating

2. Ashley Cole

FIFA 14 Rating: 85 There is certainly a case to be made for saying that the current AS Roma player is England€™s greatest ever footballer but that€™s for another article. It was widely accepted that the former Arsenal player has been the best left-back for the last seven or eight years such were his high levels of consistency. Cole lost his starting XI berth to Cesar Azpilicueta in his final season with the west London club and decided to seek pastures new in Serie A. Jose Mourinho€™s decision to rarely play the 33-year-old in the second-half of the Premier League surprised many but, given Cole€™s age, the Portuguese gaffer was looking towards the future. In fairness, Cole won€™t drop too many points as, in his 15 Premier League starts for Chelsea last season, he was more than capable of still offering something to the side. However, I€™m sure we will see a drop in Ashley€™s positioning ratings after his choice of placement in AS Roma€™s squad photo. Suggested Rating: 83
