Last Season Rating: 82 The tale of Ashley Young has been a mixed one: a revelation at Watford, he earned a move to Aston Villa where he was similarly impressive and attracted the attention of Man Utd. Sadly, from there he went somewhat into decline. He is by no means a terrible player, and it would be unfair to suggest that he should really be rated anywhere under 75, but last year he was as high as 82, despite offering very little proof that he is the same player that inspired Sir Alex to buy him. He has unfortunately let diving become part of his game, and while he is capable of being an impressive attacking midfielder on his day, he undoubtedly deserves to be dropped under the 80 point in FIFA, which is unlikely as long as he continues to play for Man Utd, to preserve the team's overall rating.
