FIFA 15: 10 Over-Powered Clubs Who Will Dominate

6. England

English international football is in a pitiful state. The resolve and belief in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds which once made us excited for major international tournaments has now been replaced with a pervasive pessimism. No longer do we secretly believe England will triumph against the major international superpowers €“ now we expect to fail. This shift in the expectation placed on England has never been reflected in the FIFA franchise as Hodgson€™s men continue to be one of the best international sides. England continue to be given a 5-star rating while countries who would probably dominate us in real life aren€™t even represented in the game. England will doubtless continue to be a force to be reckoned with in FIFA 15. Spearheaded by the likes of Sterling, Sturridge and Welbeck with service from Henderson and Wilshere, Hodgson must wish his team performed as well in reality as they inevitably will on FIFA 15. Many England players perform far better for club than country and so have player ratings which don€™t reflect their performances in an England shirt (yes Rooney, we€™re looking at you). The perfect fix for this would be to give players different ratings when you use them in an international context, though EA Sports seem to frown on this fix.
