FIFA 14 Rating: N/A The former Sunderland stopper might well be a major gamble for Celtic, considering his appalling injury record in the past few years, but there is no doubting that he is an able custodian and one who should fill the considerable gloves of Fraser Forster, provided he can stay out of the treatment room long enough to put together a run in the Hoops net. That's a fairly big question, given that the former Scotland international managed just 16 appearances for Sunderland since 2010, but having trained with Rangers last season and spent some time coaching, Gordon has declared himself free of injuries. If that's true, Celtic have a bargain on their hands, whose ability once earned him the accolade of the greatest ever save in the Premier League. That he was agile, composed and an excellent shot-stopper are not to be doubted, and if Gordon remains injury free he is undoubtedly worth his 73 rating. He was last rated at 78 in FIFA 12, and it's a reasonable assumption that he'll see a downgrade from then: but Celtic seem to have made it clear they have the confidence in Gordon as Forster's replacement, and that might well boost him in EA Sports' eyes back towards former glories.
