Love it or hate it, Career Mode is a major part of FIFA and before the days of online play was the reason we all purchased the game. Now though, it's become a little outdated and EA are trying their hardest to restore it to it's highest glory but they're having limited success. A major addition needed to the Career Mode in FIFA is reserve leagues. Not to play in but to have in the background, so that the young players at the club have game time and grow. Currently the only way for them to progress is by shipping them out on-loan or by playing them, sometimes these options aren't quite good enough. Reserve leagues would be the ideal solution, allowing you to keep track of everyone at your club. A player could be in top form and request a chance in the first team, or you could drop a player to the reserves as he isn't playing to his best. Think Football Manager, FIFA Career Mode could learn a lot from that great title. This is just one minor addition that's needed to Career Mode and there is numerous more. Though this would be a small change to make, the benefits are extremely great.
