One of the more often forgotten talents in an increasingly flashy Barcelona side, Mascherano is clearly appreciated by his club, who recently included a 100m buy out clause in his contract. The Argentine has continued to go about his business in characteristically understated fashion, enjoying another incredibly successful season at the Nou Camp. Predictably, FIFA haven't seen fit to change Mascherano's 2015 rating of 83. A case could certainly be made for him to stretch to a score of 85 or even 86, so influential is his role in the team, but the 31 year old could well have hit a ceiling. If FIFA 15 is anything to go by, he will continue to overlooked in many Ultimate Team squads - perhaps due to his small stature and the importance of physically dominant players in midfield.
