Current Rating: 75 - Potential FIFA 16 Rating: 79

In the space of five years, Charlie Austin has risen from non-league football with Poole Town to Premier League football with QPR, and he's had a dream debut season. He received a +1 Winter Upgrade, bringing him up to a gold, but that is nowhere near enough compared to how he has been playing.

The QPR striker has scored 17 goals and laid on four assists - single-handedly being involved in more than 50% of QPR's goals this season, as well as receiving three Man of the Match awards. He has been living off scraps this campaign, as the service hasn't been great, but he's made the most of every opportunity; a real fox in the box, and deserves to be playing top flight football in the years to come.

Austin is a great striker, and knows how to find the back of the net, but he's too good to be a 75. He's undoubtedly going to be involved in more goals to try and save QPR from their relegation scrap, and being involved in more than 50% of The R's goals this season should provide him with a huge upgrade in the summer.
