Current Rating: 85 - Potential FIFA 16 Rating: 88

Another downgraded player who left fans pulling their hair out, Fabregas should be back up towards 90 this year.

After bagging nine goals and 14 assists for Barcelona last season, as well as receiving three in-form cards, he was rewarded with a -2 deduction, bringing him down to 84 for FIFA 15. After a barnstorming start to the season, he received a +1 Winter Upgrade, but just like Charlie Austin, that's nowhere near big enough.

The Spaniard currently has five goals and an astonishing 19 assists in all competitions this season, making this his best campaign since his incredible 09/10 season with Arsenal. His vision and passing abilities are up there with the best in the world - his assist for ex-Chelsea employee André Schürrle being the pick of the bunch.

He averages 84.6 passes a match as well, and although he had a slight dip in form after the christmas period, his performances already this season have put him up there as one of the best creative midfielders in the world. He deserves a huge upgrade, as he's playing better than he has done in the past 6 years, with nineteen assists to prove it.
