FIFA 16: 21 Hugely Underrated Players That Need Fixing

2. Alexandre Lacazette

Current Rating: 82 - Potential FIFA 16 Rating: 86

With only Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo having out-scored him this season, Lacazette has blossomed into a player who has always had high expectations - another product of the French footballing revolution. He received a +3 Winter Upgrade, but he hasn't stopped scoring since then.

Lacazette has managed 24 goals and six assists in 28 matches, picking up seven Man of the Match awards along the way. Like Wolfsburg striker Bas Dost, Lacazette has had two bursts of exquisite form - one which included six goals and three assists in four games, and another which included 10 goals and one assist in six games.

His blistering pace, strength on the ball, quick feet and clinical finishing are among his strongest attributes, and there's no clear weakness about him.

His game has improved massively in the space of a year, and he has to be up there with the best in FIFA 16. A +4 upgrade might seem steep, but his goalscoring ratio is amazing, and without the usual suspects Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, he'd have the most goals in Europe now, and more than deserves the same rating as Edison Cavani.
