Armstrong had an impressive season for Newcastle's U21s too, scoring 11 goals which made him the third top scorer in the league. Those are the two reasons he rating must be increased. Oh, and due to the build up a certain Wayne Rooney gave him earlier this year... The eight goals in eight England U18 appearances man is set to be loaned out this season to gain first team experience, so don't be surprised to see his rating shoot past the 70 mark after a catalogue of goals in the Championship.
