Cesc Fabregas' return to the Premier League was sensational. He combined with Diego Costa to create carve out one of the most deadly midfield-striker combos in world football at the time. However, while Chelsea bolted out to an unassailable lead in the title race, they did slow down their charge in the second half and part of the reason was Fabregas losing his uncanny knack for assists. He's started this season sluggishly too, and looks a shadow of the player he could be which is why a 1+ boost is confusing to say the least. If he can get back to his best, that's a fair rating, but for a man off form it's very high.
