They haven't, and the LW speedster from Stamford Bridge is peerless in FIFA 18. Anyone who watches Chelsea week in and week out will know why he has gone from 30th to 8th in just one year. The Blues had a much better campaign in season 2016-2017, and Hazard himself rediscovered his own form.

His dribbling, shooting, passing and physical attributes have all improved. The latter pair also jump up by 2 full points each, meaning Eden is a pass master as well as a sharp shooter. If you like devastating pace, you're going to be paying big bucks for Hazard this year.
