FIFA 18 Career Mode: 10 Wonderkids You Will Need To Sign

Theo Hernandez emerged as one of La Liga's best full-backs last season, but not for parent club Atletico Madrid. The 19 year old Frenchman played a starring role on loan at Alavés, where he notched 32 league appearances, and cemented his reputation as one of Europe's brightest young talents.

He now looks set to leave Atletico without ever making a first team appearance, as Real Madrid are reportedly set to pay £26 million for his services this summer. Again, this will make him a tricky purchase, but recent versions of FIFA haven't exactly been flush with outstanding young full-backs, and Hernandez will be among the best in the game.

Rated at just 74 overall last year, Theo should receive a major bump for FIFA 18. He's a solid multi-purpose left-back who's solid at the back and potentially devastating going forward, making him well equipped to cope with the demands of the modern game. Still only 19 years old, Hernandez will likely provide backup to Marcelo should he join Real in the next few weeks. Keep a close eye on this, because if he becomes disgruntled, he's somebody you're definitely going to want to sign.
