FIFA 19: 10 Improvements We Want To See In Career Mode

7. More Hands-On Management With Club Growth

Unless you're lucky enough to have a fertile imagination capable of filling in the gaps, then taking lower-league plodders to Premier League and Champions League glory is a hollow experience in FIFA these days.

Nothing about the game world changes to reflect the fact that a small club like Portsmouth have managed to rise through the ranks, trade League One anonymity for European millions and take their place amongst the world's elite clubs.

Being able to be a little more hands-on with the growth of a club is long overdue. Sure, Pompey already play at a pre-made Fratton Park, but there should be the opportunity to move into a larger stadium when winning countless titles and trophies across the continent. That's just common sense.

This is a tough one for EA, admittedly. They're committed to licenses, so it may be difficult to explain to Arsenal chiefs why the developers have included an option to knock down the Emirates in favour of an even bigger arena.

Simple solution: only make this feature available to clubs using the generic stadiums EA provide.
