Last Year's Rating: 86

Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus must be considered one of the strangest cover star choices from EA over the past decade. His name doesn't quite fit with upper-echelon stars like Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi, and he hasn't exactly shone since gracing FIFA 17's box two years ago.

It's important to point out that ligament damage has hindered him. Even so, the German has failed to haul Dortmund to any level of consistency since his return, and after netting against Leipzig the previous week, he was rather woeful in BVB's drab 0-0 draw with Hannover last weekend.

86 isn't the correct score for Marco at the moment. His real-life form can't live up to how good he is in FIFA, and that's something the statisticians have to address. Giving Reus the same overall as Real Madrid's Isco or Harry Kane, both of whom had 86 themselves last time, feels off.
