Having hosted matches at the 1998 World Cup (including that memorable 3-0 thrashing France handed out to Brazil in the final) and the Champions League finals of 2000 and 2006, the huge Stade de France is one of football's most important arenas.

The fact it's not in FIFA is damning.

OK, so the stadium isn't used for club football regularly, and it is shared between France's national footy and rugby sides. So what? It's time EA paid more attention to international teams across the board (shoving Wembley in there and expecting that to be enough doesn't cut it), and the 80,000+ capacity of the place is steeped in history.

Surely the dev team, during a World Cup year, will realise the need for more international stadia. There are few finer exclusive venues for national sides than the Stade de France, and more grounds like it might help turn those anaemic international fixtures into something more lively.
