FIFA 20: 10 Improvements We Want To See In Career Mode

2. Be A Real Manager

So would assuming the role of Pep Guardiola, Mauricio Pocchetino or any other real-life manager EA have rendered for those pitch side cuts mid-match. EA's branding for FIFA 19 teased us with lines like, "Informed by the best tactical minds". This was there to tout the new tactical suite, but it got FIFA's fanbase dreaming.

Imagine, instead of managing like Pep, you could be Pep.

Why not? It's entirely possible to control global stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Harry Kane, and players can already decide their fates. In a feature dubbed 'Career Mode', shouldn't it be possible to take over the brain of real managers and work to their lofty standards or potential?

Sure, it'd take a bit of work for EA to add in different strengths and weaknesses for each one, but it's not outlandish to suggest they could make it happen. Failing that (and if they don't fancy p*ssing Premier League bosses off by giving them stats), we'd settle for that manager simply being our avatar.
