FIFA 20: 10 Improvements We Want To See In Career Mode
1. Other Managers Move Clubs Too
Play Career Mode's entire 15-year span and Guardiola will still be there patrolling the technical area at the Etihad. He won't move on from Man City and he won't even age. Pep, just like fellow season 2019/2020 bosses Poch, Jürgen Klopp and even managers of smaller clubs like Eddie Howe at Bournemouth, will stay put.
This is boring.
Managers should move around like players in FIFA's game world. Obviously, some realism would be required here. We're not suggesting that Pep suddenly ditch City for Man Utd, or take a wild punt at managing Norwich, but there should be some movement. It'd keep things relatively fresh, at least aesthetically.
This could run alongside new storylines in Career and would make switching jobs more convincing. Right now, moving to City then switching clubs afterwards automatically makes Guardiola the boss again. In reality, that wouldn't happen every time, and that needs to be addressed come FIFA 20.
