3. Romário

While there are already several all-kinds-of-fun Brazilian legends available in Ultimate Team, one man conspicuous by his absence is the utterly lethal Romário.

Many may rightly gush over the athleticism of Ronaldo, others will love nothing more than using Ronaldinho to toy with defenders, some will squeal in delight at rasping in a thunderous Roberto Carlos free kick, technicians will be wowed by Sócrates, and then there’s the sheer majesty of Pelé. But Romário is just, well, Romário.

These days dabbling in politics back in his homeland of Brazil, many will instead remember Romário as a goalscoring force of nature for clubs such as Barcelona, PSV Eindhoven, Vasco da Gama, Flamengo, and Fluminense, in addition to a jaw-dropping 55 goals in 70 international appearances.

Diminutive, rapid, aggressive and one of the best one-touch finishers the beautiful game has ever seen, bringing Romário back to Ultimate Team (he was featured in FIFA 14) would have fans of a sneaky through ball licking their lips at having this World Cup winner spearheading their attack.
