FIFA 20 Career Mode: 7 New Additions You Need To Know
7. You Can Disable International Management
Right off the bat, here's a winner.
International management hasn't been fun in FIFA's Career Mode yet. It's a grind through endless friendlies culminating in lifeless tournament that luck the punchy presentation seen on the domestic side of things. It's nice to have as an option, but not when your assistant tirelessly sends job offers for nations as "distinguished" as San Marino and Canada.
Thankfully, EA have suddenly realised how irritating this is and given players the chance to turn off international job offers before starting a new game. This will come in handy for anyone who isn't interested in pulling double duty, and it should make inboxes less cluttered with unread messages.
The next logical step is including some sort of smart filter. For example, title-winning gaffers at Real Madrid aren't going to randomly accept the job of turning Northern Ireland from decent side into World Cup winners. That's unrealistic, and FIFA needs more realism. This is a start.
