Possibly the finest English goalscorer in the history of football, Chelsea and Tottenham legend Jimmy Greaves has become somewhat forgotten by younger fans who never got to see the prolific striker ply his trade.

An injury during the group stages of the 1966 World Cup on home soil meant that Greaves would lose his place in the national team to Geoff Hurst, who would go on earn legendary status by scoring a hattrick in the final to secure England's first, and as of yet, only major international honour.

Despite that, Greaves' legacy as one of the greatest forwards ever to play the game is unquestionable, and he still owns the record for the most goals scored in the top flight of English football with 357.

Greaves' stunning talents on the pitch make him more than deserving of an Icon card on FIFA 21.
