FIFA 22: 10 Improvements To Career Mode We Want To See
3. A Stadium Editor
Ta-da!
Oh yes, this is something that FIFA fans have craved for the longest time now. People want to tinker with the grounds they play their matches in week-to-week, and they want it bad. Of course, EA would argue that they spend a lot of money to license stadia like Anfield, the Emirates Stadium and...that King Abdullah Sports City one hardly anybody uses.
That's fair, but there's no reasonable excuse when it comes to clubs that don't have a real-life home. Both Rangers and Celtic, for example, in the Scottish Premiership have top arenas in the real-world; in FIFA, the pair play out matches at the same generic "Eastpoint Arena" ground.
It surely isn't asking much to let fans of those teams f*ck around with an editor. That'd add a new layer of immersion that the game sorely needs, and it'd stop lifeless repetition in the same stadia season-on-season.
"Court Lane" isn't a Champions League venue, EA.
