Final Fantasy 7: Ranking Every Main Character From Worst To Best

15. Tseng

Final Fantasy 7 Cloud
Square Enix

Tseng is the leader of the Turks. He's very no-nonsense and doesn't mess around. The player will hate him right away when he's making threats from the helicopter under Midgar and smacks Aerith.

While he may be directing the Turks' attacks, there is no battle with Tseng himself. For being such an important member of the Turks, we don't see as much of Tseng as we do his employees. After the Temple of the Ancients, we never hear from the character again.

Tseng will make you mad in the beginning of the game, and sets himself up as a major threat when we first meet him. He's the one that kidnaps Aerith and later steals the Keystone (with Cait Sith's help) in the end he's more of a background character. He attracts Elena, but we're never sure if they got to have that dinner...
