5. Bahamut Summon Materia
Final Fantasy VII had a lot of different versions of Bahamut, so it was always surely a guarantee that one would in the first instalment of the Final Fantasy VII Remake project.
Yes, Bahamut is in this game, and like many of the best items and content in the game it's very likely you won't see him until a second playthrough.
To get access to Bahamut, you need to complete all of Chadley's intel reports, then complete the battle against the king of dragons.
This is easier said than done; one of Chadley's final intel reports has you master all 12 types of magic materia, which is really difficult to do in one playthrough.
Thankfully - SPOILERS AHEAD - in playthrough 2, your AP gain is trebled, making materia growth much, much easier particularly if you pair up the materia you're levelling with the AP up materia you got previously from walking about with the pedometer materia.
