Football Manager 2015: 10 Most Infuriating Things That Always Happen

8. The Squad Harmony Takes A Big Hit With A Want-Away Player

As we all know, footballers are a fragile bunch. The slightest thing can upset them and affect their form. OK €“ so maybe not playing a match all season is a legitimate reason for getting upset. Your player isn't happy to sit on the bench but the path to the first team is blocked, with a number of players in good form ahead of him in the pecking order. He wants to leave but you need him for backup. Sure, he€™s not playing now but what happens after a few injuries? You calmly tell him this and feel you've dealt with it in the best way possible but what€™s this? Your squad isn€™t happy with your treatment of their mate. They've come to you to let you know in no uncertain circumstances that they want you to give in to the player€™s demands for first team football. Of course, it doesn't matter what you say as some players will always go away more angered than when they came. Annoy your star players during this team meeting and watch your form plummet off the edge of a cliff as you commence your slide towards relegation.
