Wallsend Boys Club As scouting becomes more exhaustive, with many of the world's best players already being signed up before they turn ten, youth football is inevitably gaining in importance. Due to youngsters not heading out on loan until they're generally older than 15, the early stages of a player's career at a club allow for intensive exposure to top quality facilities for many years. It would take a lot of research to accurately portray football below the age of 15, but it would be an interesting idea to have a pool of younger teenage regens from the start. Their potential ability would have to be far harder to predict, after all, but having long-term projects to nurture could lead to a very healthy crop of young talent for the vast majority of league clubs. Interestingly, it could also lead to physical factors such as height and weight fluctuating massively before the players are ready for the biggest stage of all. Invest some extra time into your saves or just leave it to your Head of Youth Development, but diving deeper into youth football would undeniably make for a more immersive user experience.
