As an avid fan of Football Manager, it is highly likely that hours upon hours are spent on saves, which scarily turns into days when a career really starts going in the desired direction. Knowing exactly what answer to give at press conferences becomes a chore, with it pretty certain that responding in a certain way guarantees a positive reaction without even having to read the question. With the world of social media we currently live in, the opportunity is there for SI to mix things up a little bit in terms of the genre of questions, as well as pundits becoming generally more outspoken and intrusive. For a game to have longevity, it can't become routine and mechanic - regardless if that is how some press-shy managers might feel in real life.
