6. Mario Balotelli (Liverpool)

Mario Balotelli's ratings have always been a little bit strange as he's always been seen by Football Manager as a prolific goalscorer (something that he's rarely shown despite a relatively successful time at AC Milan in 2013-14). The amount of times I have been beaten by a Balotelli hat-trick is ridiculous and it seems the FM series refuse to give up on the player reaching his once-expected potential. If the player does move back to AC Milan then he will no doubt be given the same 16 for finishing, technique, composure and he will once more terrorise the defences of Seria A. If the 25-year-old ends up staying at Liverpool then it will be confusing when he finishes top goalscorer in the league despite only scoring once in real life for the Reds. A serious downgrade is needed on Football Manager 2016 and despite the FM series unearthing the player back in 2007 they need to swallow their pride and give the Italian a big fat 10 for finishing.
