5. Ricardo Quaresma (Besiktas)
Ricardo Quaresma is a Football Manager legend but for the past three years he has been criminally over-rated by the game. The 31-year-old who scored 10 goals in 42 games for Porto last season was gifted with a 20 rating for flair and a 19 rating for technique. His physical stats remain extremely high despite his inability to ever properly succeed at the top level. On his return to Turkey, Besiktas will be blessed with a player who has the same technical attributes as Lion Messi, David Silva, Andres Iniesta and Isco.
