There's really not a great deal of difference between Rodriguez and the Number 1, Valencia's Jose Gaya. The Spanish full back is rapid-quick, ultra-fit, mentally sound, and possesses some immense technical stats. He gets a very slight nudge ahead of Rodriguez for that fact that he's valued marginally lower, his wages are easier to top, and he's just 20 years old. If you train him correctly, give him first team football from the word go, and generally just keep him ticking along happily, Gaya could become the best in the world for the next decade and beyond. That's a big claim, but he really could be the top dog. The earlier you try to sign him, the more chance you'll have.
