Prepare to write a hefty, hefty cheque for Filip Kostic's services, but he could easily turn into one of the best in the world with the right guidance and the right conditions to develop. He's 22, so there's still plenty of time for him to polish up, but even as things stand, his electric pace and acceleration power him into the top class of left wingers. He's a fairly traditional winger on the left flank, but can easily double up as a right inside forward if the need arises.
