Vyacheslav Karavaev is Sparta Prague's hottest young prospect, and an asset they won't relinquish without a fight. They'll almost certainly demand you loan him back for the first season, but that's likely a smart option anyway.

At 21 years old, Karavaev really needs to be playing first team football if he's to fulfil his massive potential. That said, he's easily good enough to start for most mid-table sides right off the bat, and if you play it smart, you'll get at least 10 years of quality service from him.
