5. All The Cringe-Worthy Dialogue

This has been apparent ever since gameplay was first shown off, so at least fans had plenty of time to prepare themselves for it. While the move towards a greater incidence of humour this time around is certainly welcome, unfortunately the comedy often falls flat and is straight-up embarrassing to listen to.

The banter is full of bad puns and lame jokes, with Del proving the most unfortunate joker of the pack. What's more, there's an obnoxious attempt to lampshade the ropey writing by having the characters frequently draw attention to how silly the dialogue is, but self-awareness can only acquit you so far. It's still awful for the most part.
