GTA 6: 10 Crazy Fan Ideas That Must Come True
6. Proper Stealth Mechanics
It doesn't happen too often, but GTA games periodically ask players to stay out of sight, infiltrate enemy strongholds quietly and resist firing off that massive rocket launcher at some millionaire crime lord's garden gnomes. Those stealth missions, eh? They're such a bummer.
That's only because GTA stealth mechanics are poor compared to other games which either specialise in sneaking around or find a balance between gun play and silencers. In MGS V, Hitman and beyond, stealth is a way of life and can be the preferred method of play.
If only Rockstar would figure out a way to make sneaky gameplay easier.
Right now, trying to play hush-hush in 5 feels like controlling someone's drunk dad as they stumble home from the pub attempting not to wake mum. That has to change, otherwise we'll continue saying "not this again' whenever Rockstar bust out a covert mission.
