GTA 6: 10 Killer Features That Would Make It Great
5. VR Support
OK, so skateboarding in first person would be pretty hard. That doesn't mean players shouldn't have the option to eat pavement if they choose.
Whilst Sony's flirtation with virtual reality does seem like a gimmick they'll soon tire of, it's worth experimenting with PlayStation VR in action-packed games like GTA. Roaming the streets in VR sounds great in theory, and if anyone can make it work Rockstar can.
The whole purpose of VR in the first place is to bring virtual worlds to life, and that runs parallel with Rockstar's own vision for the rich, lived in worlds they've created for years in Grand Theft Auto. Mix that attention to detail with the VR technology and who knows, it could establish Sony's headset as must have.
Again, it's worth playing around with to see what the developers can achieve. It'd have to be more than a mere first person mode however. GTA has been there, done that, and any VR mode has to take advantage of the system's uniqueness.
