8. LifeInvader Offices
The Grand Theft Auto series is always hailed for its incredibly current social commentary (quite a feat when you remember that the game has been in development for years) and nowhere is this commentary more gleefully apparent than at the home of Los Santos' most popular social networking site. Yes, it doesn't take a genius to see that LifeInvader is a parody of Facebook, the site that has rather quickly taken over everyone's lives. You will venture to the LifeInvader offices on a mission with Michael and inside is a great take on the American 'trendy' workplace. As you walk up stairs you are greeted with guys talking about the latest tech and through in the office you will see shamelessly self-branded walls and bright clashing colours. There are even exercise balls under people's desks. The level of detail is amazing, as in the entire game, but here particularly, you can see how Rockstar's tongue-in-cheek attitude works wonders in the context of the story.
