7. Restarts
Let's face it. No one completes every mission first time. There comes a point in every GTA when you just weren't prepared for what the mission entailed and you find yourself lying in the street, bullet ridden and wondering where it all went wrong. For me it's usually camera angles and poor button control. Whatever the reasons, you may be frequently visiting the local hospital for a little TLC, and always at a cost, before you can venture back out in the big wide world to dust yourself off and try again. However, there seems to always be that one mission for everyone which proves to be a massive Goliath to your increasingly frustrated David that keeps knocking you down to the point where they probably just reserve you a bed in the ward. And each time you must come back, a little poorer and with a little less pride, to travel sometimes annoyingly far distances in order to go through the motions once again. Especially aggravating in your military base missions. San Andreas, I'm looking at you.
