8. New Cover System
Rockstar are keen to tell us that GTA V will incorporate a new cover system to make firefights easier and give you plenty of time to stop, think and plan your attacks. Well if recent opinion is anything to go on, the new system seems to be a bit cumbersome. Most things will be able to provide your character with cover and while hiding behind a car is one thing, being stuck peeking from behind a lamppost or box may leave you just as much in the open, but without the ability to fire at will. Sensitive controls may also find you involuntarily switching between positions when really you just wanted to move along the car you were previously behind for a better vantage point. By the time you've figured it all out, you may find that your well positioned cover car may in fact be a flaming wall of death.
