5. Real Estate

One of the first rumours to go viral was one that Rockstar would bring back control of real estate - which was made famous with Vice City. Whenever Rockstar released their information, however, they were quick to point out that real estate ownership would not be a focus of GTA V. This brought up a lot of controversy with fans who were tired of winding up with millions of dollars at the end of the game with nothing to spend it on (thanks to GTA IV's removal of purchases other than clothes). Rockstar did, while not specifically, announce that there would be other forms of investments in the game's economy that would benefit (or perhaps be detrimental to) the player. We are still waiting for specifics on these.
